Membership Terms
The Monthly Subscription is billed in 30-day increments. By subscribing, you authorize Roll Ups Pilates to charge the Monthly Subscription fee to the credit card information on file. Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of three consecutive months. After the minimum period, you may pause your subscription for up to three consecutive billing cycles, provided you request the pause before the current billing period ends. Upon reactivation, you will be responsible for the monthly charge, regardless of whether a reminder is received. All class packages expire one year from the purchase date. Memberships cannot be shared between members. Class credits do not rollover at the close of a month if unused.
Cancellation Policy
Group and private classes can be canceled with 12 hours’ notice. Failure to provide such notice will result in forfeiture of class credits and a late cancel fee of $12.
Late Policy
To ensure the safety and respect of all students and instructors, classes begin promptly. We enforce this policy because opening the studio door after the class has started disrupts the flow of the session. Each class begins with important introductions and instructions on form and technique, which are essential for a successful experience. If you arrive late, we will gladly assist you in finding a spot in the next available class, subject to availability.
Reserving Classes
You are solely responsible for booking and canceling your classes. You may reserve class spots online through your account.
Conduct
Roll Ups Pilates prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of its students and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, or illegal behavior. Students who violate Roll Ups Pilates' policies or misuse equipment will be asked to leave. Roll Ups Pilates reserves the right to terminate memberships without a refund for unacceptable behavior. This agreement does not cover all rules and regulations, and students agree to comply with all guidelines set by Roll Ups Pilates regarding the use of the facilities, classes, and equipment. Students agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and reasonable manner at all times towards Roll Ups Pilates staff, other students, and guests, following the safety protocols and operating procedures outlined by Roll Ups Pilates. Additionally, students agree not to use any equipment in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose. Students are responsible for paying for any damages caused to Roll Ups Pilates property due to their actions, or those of their guests or dependent children.
Age Requirement
The minimum age for participation in group classes is 18. If you are under 18, you may attend with a signed liability waiver from your parent or guardian.
Attire
For your safety, grip socks are required for all Roll Ups Pilates classes. If you don’t have your own, you can purchase a pair at the studio.
