Pilates is a workout that’s as fun as it is effective! Pilates strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances your posture—all while keeping you feeling energized and balanced. It’s like a full-body tune-up for both your body and mind. Who doesn’t love a workout that leaves you feeling both challenged and relaxed? Come see for yourself!
We recommend wearing athletic clothing with stretch and bringing water to stay hydrated during class. For hygienic purposes, we require that grippy socks be worn in the studio at all times (grip socks can be purchased at the studio). No need to bring a mat—we provide all mats and necessary equipment, including props.
Welcome!Try to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first visit so that we can show you around the studio and make sure you are all set for class. Street parking is limited, so allow yourselves a bit of extra time to find a spot in the adjacent neighborhood. We recommend parking right on Sandy.
If you're new to Pilates, we recommend scheduling a private session or joining our Foundations class. Both options cover the fundamentals and provide a solid base to help you build your pilates practice.
Power (Mat & Reformer), Jumpboard (Reformer), Signature (Mat & Reformer), and Flow & Restore (Mat & Reformer) are all great options for students with experience.
It's a good call to sign up in advance as spots go quickly! You can also join our waitlist.
Please plan to arrive to class 10-15 minutes early. For safety reasons, we do not permit students to enter class late.
Plans change! You can cancel your class up to 8 hours in advance without penalty. For regular memberships or class packs, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of a class credit. For unlimited memberships, you'll be charged a $20 fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
Mat pilates uses your body weight for resistance on a mat, focusing on controlled movements to strengthen and tone muscles. Reformer pilates is performed on a machine with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps that create resistance, allowing for a greater range of motion and targeted muscle engagement. Both emphasize core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement, but reformer pilates adds more resistance, while mat pilates focuses on bodyweight control.

"I love this class! The vibes are fun and supportive, and it’s just the right level of challenging without feeling impossible. Elizabeth is very sweet and offers modifications for different levels of mobility. I also feel so good (and sore) afterwards."
"I’ve been working with Elizabeth since 2020 and it’s literally changed my life. I was always a little bit intimidated by pilates and workout classes in general until I met Elizabeth! I’ve never been stronger or more confident in my own skin. Her best quality is that she pushes you to challenge yourself and not give up/phone it in, while also listening to injuries and meeting you where you’re at. I can’t wait to see what she does next!!"
"This class was great! Challenging yet super accessible. I felt like I got a great full body workout. Elizabeth was such a good instructor too. She had a super welcoming vibe and made sure everyone felt comfortable and was enjoying the class."
